If you receive an incorrect item, please email us within five days with photos and a brief explanation. We don't accept returns but aim to resolve any issues within 14 days of delivery.

The estimated delivery window is generally 3–6 business days, with a maximum of 12 business days in case of any unforeseen delays. This period is calculated from the shipment date which can take 3–4 business days.
